Positive Cashflow Property

Positive Cashflow Property < Property < Keys To Succcess Club

Positive cashflow property is when a property generates more cash than it cost to run the property.  The net result is that you make money whilst you maintain control of the property (taking any capital value out of the equation).

There are a number of ways that are used to create positive cashflow over what might on paper be negatively geared real estate, through tax deductions and depreciation allowances, but there implications and considerations of this so make sure you understand this area.

A positively geared property will generate positive cashflow independent of these allowances.

When considering a positive cashflow property opportunity, you need to make sure that you also consider the capital aspects as part of the overall equation as well as the risk and sustainability of the investment.
